| Description: |
From the score of The Nutcracker, completed in 1892 shortly before the composer's death in 1893. The music in Tchaikovsky's ballet is some of the his most popular. The music belongs to the Romantic Period and contains some of his most memorable melodies which are frequently used in television and film. This tone, Tea, or Chinese dance, was animated in Disney's Fantasia using dancing mushrooms. And now you know what Walt was on, and that he was a fun guy. Magic mushrooms were recently banned in The Netherlands after a 17-year-old French girl jumped from a building after eating the fungi during a school trip to Amsterdam in March 2007. |
