If you don't know by now, where the hell have you been, but just so it's clear, uncle mikey digs ringtones with a good brass wall of sound. Tympani rock. So does most other percussion, from chimes to music boxes to pianos (yes, a piano is a percussion instrument) to tambourines to big honkin' tubular bells. Strats through a Vibro-King and Les Pauls through a Marshall Plexi are sweet, but often they just don't cut it coming out of a cell. Occasionally they do, but you won't hear them on this tone anyway, so there it is. |
